POSITION: Admin Assistant
SGS Qatar Looking for “ Admin Assistant” who can assist Admin Superviosr in all kind of coordination
Only Candidates immediate available with NOC / Freelance visa will be considerd
Qualification and Skills required:
- Diploma / Degree with Good English Communication
- Computer skill with Good command on MS office tools
- 3 – 4 years relevant work experience in coorindaiton related to Admin, HR, Inspection, Logistics ect…
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Transpotation provided by company for business purpose
- Company is located in Raslaffan support service area ( Exit No 66 on shamal road).
Main Job responsibilities but not limited to:
- Arranging complete logistics for inspector mobilization
- Salary sheet preparation
- filing, scanning, Faxing etc…
- All admin and inspection related coordination
Male Candidates immediate available with NOC / Freelance visa will be considered , Female under Husband’s sponsorship and ready to Travel
Salary QR 3000/- per month, For Male Pool Transportation + sharing Accommodation provided by Company in Alkhor. For Female only Pool Transportation Provided by Company , Duty hours : 8 hours per day 6 days in a week.
